The aim of the project was to showcase the development in the highest possible detail, creating a true reflection of the quality of design and finish in the properties to sit alongside traditional media such as photography and floor plans for this listing. With the townhouses set over four floors, a virtual tour provided the best solution to give potential purchasers a true understanding of the layout of the property.

Online visitors are now able to freely navigate the property at a time that suits them, prior to booking a physical viewing. Traditional photography is unable to convey the layout of a property like this. The unique Doll House view and floor selector features are especially useful for this type of property. These features allow for quick navigation around the property and lets the visitor understand the flow of the accommodation throughout the building from floor to floor.

We have used our bespoke multimedia tags throughout the tour to highlight some of the features within the property that may otherwise be missed when viewing a property with photography alone. Ensuring that online viewings deliver an experience that really is the next best thing to being there yourself.
